Position: PRN Respiratory Therapist
Location: Johnson City, TN
PRN Respiratory Therapist Elevate your career with a fast-growing, innovative company! Encore Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory Therapist. This role will act as a CardioPulmonary specialist in one of Encore's Pulmonary Independence Center located within a skilled nursing facility. Providing care for chronic high acuity respiratory patients receiving short-term rehab. Encore is based in Livingston, TN, owned and operated by a group of patient-centric clinicians, Pulmonary Physicians, and business experts in the respiratory device, homecare, SNF, and cardiopulmonary disease management space. The Respiratory Therapist / Navigator would be responsible for:
Executing on Encore's model
Following Encore’s Mission Statement
Overseeing day to day clinical operation within the Pulmonary Independence Center
Participating in all education for nursing, rehab, and CNA team members
Creating and managing relationships with local hospitals, physicians, outpatient pulmonary rehab centers, and discharge planners
Building a relationship with local RT departments to assist in creating a seamless transition from hospital to home
Maintaining the highest level of quality for all programs and services with improving patient outcomes being the driving force behind the programs

Requirements:
. Respiratory Therapist with active TN license
Able to produce deliverables according to schedule
Good command of MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
